Troubleshooting: Shake Machine

Make sure the auger, ice, and power buttons are all turned on.
Allow at least 1 hour for the mixtures to freeze completely. If after 30 minutes there are no signs of freezing, please try the following:
The machine works best plugged directly into a wall. If an extension cord is needed, make sure it is a 20 gauge cord and as short as possible to prevent loss of power.
The shake machine takes a lot of power, try using a plug that is on it’s own circuit.
When using the machine outside, place in a shaded area and not in direct sunlight. If it is above 80° outside, try to put the machine inside.
